Capitol Hill ends at 10th St. So Hill east refers to the streets east of 10th.
Quite nice, but for $4mil I’d expect a nicer/cleaner front entry chandelier and recessed lighting in the bedrooms (get rid of those old ceiling fans).
+1. Not nearly as spectacular as some other comparably priced properties I have seen listed here (or been in myself). I would keep shopping (assuming I have the $4.125 million hahhahah).

Luxury = understated. Not ostentatious. This has it.
Though, that chandelier in the entry room is butt ugly and doesn’t match with the rest of the house. Get rid of it.
