Can I file rental income from my “legal” basement apartment without having a license? The apartment is legal from a zoned/permit view point.
I think when this question (well, a similar one) came up before, the consensus was that no matter whether your rental apartment is legal or otherwise, you need to report the income or you risk getting in trouble with D.C.’s Office of Tax and Revenue.
haha. normally I have no clue where pictures are taken if they aren’t the typical monuments. But I know exactly where this is cause I pass it twice a day.
