I know cycling has problems, but the crackdown on juicing has gone too far.
All I know is I am tired of seeing every renovation is just a gut job, then a unoriginal...
I love Bacio pizza in Bloomingdale! They don't offer delivery but great neighborhood...
311? I think I found the flower thief. Suspect is helmeted male, hopped up on apple...
I tried their kabob last weekend, it was pretty good and a lot of food for the price....
That sounds about right. Plus you get a parking space. That is the average rent for a row house in that neighborhood.
Is this Petworth or is it Columbia Heights? I consider Red Derby Columbia Heights, and that’s awfully close. Thoughts, readers?
Thats petworth. Its north of spring.
No, it’s not Petworth. Petworth is only east of Georgia Ave. So it’s neither Columbia Heights nor Petworth, but I think ok to say both in the listing because this area doesn’t seem to have a name…
It’s technically 16th St. heights, I think, though it feels much more like Columbia Heights/Petworth. We’re trying to make “Derbyville” stick, but no luck yet…
Actually, 16th St. Heights doesn’t start until Upshur or so. This area really doesn’t have a name. You might call it 14th St. Heights, but there has been a lot of debate in recent years about what to call this neighborhood.
That’s kind of like NoCoHi or SoQuiSt.
+1
not bad at all as far as rent
you usually see 1k+ per bedroom
Am I missing some place to click to see more & interior pictures? Why would anyone even bother listing without some pictures?
That’s Columbia Heights per the ZIP Code (20010). 20011 starts on Quincy St. going north.
Regardless, seems like a fair price.
