Wow, first of all, it’s a good 1/4 mile to Chevy Chase (or Friendship). That kitchen looks awful. Who will pay this much?!
Someone who wants a safe walkable neighborhood with a yard and close to a park and the Tenleytown Metro
Nothing wrong with the kitchen other than the floor. The exterior looks like Prairie style as done by a blind person.
I’d take this if I had two other people I could stand to live with to split the rent.
