I agree. This store has some issues but the pharmacy staff really is great. There is one...

Is it just me, or are units from this building featured on PoP every month or so? This looks just like one from a month or so ago where there was a shirtless guy sitting on the patio.
This is the first time 4701 Connecticut Avenue has been featured. In Oct. we had one from the 5300 block of Connecticut ave:

Seems market to me. Van Ness/Forrest Hills always seems to be a pretty good deal compared to neighborhoods with more name recognition like Cleveland Park. As for this unit in particular, the private patio is great, but there are security issues with being below ground level as well as a lack of light.
That’s a great price for a large 2 bd.
Wow, I’m surprised you can still find a share for $1,200 / person in this part of city. Most decent places are $1400+ for half. I’m still holding out for potential $1250 studio if you know anywhere …….other than the Woodner!
