This is WAY underpriced. I lived in this building for a while and one bedrooms go for more than that. The “moderate income” apartments around the corner (Mount Vernon Plaza) go for $2450 for 2 bed/2 bath units, with a MUCH lower level of finishes (though they do have a crappy work out room) and no outdoor space or grill area. I now notice this place has PARKING, which easily makes it a $3000+/mo. unit, in my opinion.

Crazy good deal. Not even in question. Better question is why it isn’t 3200. High end finishing, double master suite, prime location, underground parking?
Let me put it this way… units exactly like this are going for 27-2800 in Navy Yard right now. Isn’t this a significantly better location (in most people’s minds) than Navy Yard?
