this is great! welcome back!
Hope you get her back soon
Unfortunately, many of the older residents would prefer empty storefronts over anything...
I had a Yorkie and it pains me to recall thoughts of when my see you next Tuesday gf left...
I hope your prayers are answered.
Looking at rental prices makes me sad
not a good deal even at all
DC rents are crazy high these days, but not this crazy. Overpriced by at least 300 bucks. Friend of mine is a couple blocks down on Lamont and pays around $1300 for a 1 bedroom (which is a steal, but closer to average than this place).
horrible deal
I have a friend in this building–It’s clean and bright but you can definitely find better in the area for that price.
you’re better off paying 1550 at the woodner for a larger 1 bedroom. I f-ing love the Woodner.
I live on 16th a block away in a big studio with a huge closet, separate kitchen, and hardwood floors and pay $700/month less than this listing. There’s no way that this deal is good.
But how long have you lived there? If you’ve lived there more than a couple of years, then you can’t compare your rent to new listings.
I moved in March 2012. The first month rent was free, but I didn’t count that promotion because it’s not something that will apply down the line.
Yes, it’s bright, but it’s small and not worth $2100 a month.
Great location. It’s at the top of mount pleasant street, but also a short walk to the Columbia heights metro and DC USA. The price is on the higher end, but reasonable enough.
Holy mother of God.
Obscene – ridiculous and downright immoral rent. In no world is this justified.
Absolutely absurd. I live two blocks away, towards the zoo, and pay $1200 for a huge basement one bedroom, with windows and modern appliances. This is at least $400 overpriced.
The most ridiculous rent I’ve seen in DC. Wow. Rock bottom.
glad to see people agree that it’s overpriced. I love mt p, but I live in a more centrally located, nice, safe neighborhood and rent a larger 2br/1ba for only $300 more a month than this. I sincerely hope nobody pays this much for this.
