Those who live in the area should be able to voice their concerns and give feedback to regulators, within the confines of what is allowable by law.

If I owned either building next to it, I would definitely have an inspector and my lawyer on speed dial to ensure no structural or cosmetic damage to my property.

Is it beautiful now? Of course not, but it’s a shell of a house. Will it be beautiful in the when it’s finished? I don’t know, but I’d prefer to pass judgement after completion.
