		<description><![CDATA[By the time it&#039;s built, it is too late for the community to do anything about the development if it&#039;s grotesquely out of character with the surroundings. Those who live in the area should be able to voice their concerns and give feedback to regulators, within the confines of what is allowable by law.

If I owned either building next to it, I would definitely have an inspector and my lawyer on speed dial to ensure no structural or cosmetic damage to my property.]]></description>
