Just moved into my new condo in dc and it's been over two weeks and I still have not...
Used to live in the building. 5 years ago I paid $1300 for a studio with a newer kitchen.
To my recollection, not many units have views of anything other than adjacent buildings, but there is a roof deck and the building’s location is pretty good — close to Dupont, the Mall and Rock Creek Park trails.
The common area is recently updated and the management is attentive (at least when I was there). Also, the units are very big and have lots of closet space.
Trader Joes is not super close to this apartment. It is about 20 minutes walk.
