Wish they’d clean it up a bit more. I don’t need to see what kind of mouth rinse you use if I’m paying that much. Otherwise, I think it’s a pretty good deal for what you get.

Wow. Love it. I don’t understand the price for an entire 5-story building in perfect condition in Dupont. I’d expect that to be worth another million more.
