  • Love it, wish I could afford it. I need to work harder.

  • Location, location, location. But as far as a “good deal”, I’d have to say no. There are other larger, historic properties available with details that beat this. The stair rail, in particular, would suggest the basic materials used in construction.

And if you are going to have a $1.5M listing TAKE DOWN THE “HILLARY” PICTURE unless you want to half your potential buyers or only sell to one party.

  • From the photo’s it appears the stairs to the 3rd floor master suite are located in the “2nd bedroom”, which doesn’t appear to be a bedroom, but a seating area that has had a bed put in it. And the “4th bedroom” is in the in-law suite.

So 1.5 mil for a 2 bedroom house with an inlaw suite.

So, no, not a good deal.

    • Identified – Thanks for your feedback. The second floor has two master suites. There is a long hallway that separates the rooms and you will find the stairwell in that hallway. The third floor is a master floor. Although you could easily convert the den into a fourth bedroom. There are stairs in the entrance of the main bedroom that lead to the roof. However they do not reduce the size of the bedroom. All of the bedrooms in the home are a good size. The fourth bedroom is located in the lower level unit which can be accessed from the inside or outside. It has very high ceilings and doesn’t feel like a terrace unit. Thanks for posting POP!

      • Thanks Tom Lewis – and PoP – the link PoP provided was better to see the floor layouts. From that I can see that the current occupants are using the front den area as another bedroom, and the stairs I referred to are the ones you have stated go to the roof.

Thanks for the info (not that I have 1.4 mil, or the need for a 4 bedroom house), but thanks for taking the time to clarify.

  • Live nearby when these were built. Doesn’t seem like they’ve appreciated much in the last 7 years – unless my memory is totally failing me.

  • Love it, except first floor banister looks builder-grade cheap
