    I’d (personally) hate to live down there. Price seems right, though, and the place looks good if you’re a granite/stainless lover.

    • I’m sure someone will love it, but I also don’t understand the appeal. Steps from the office and tourists. That’s about it.

  • This is a good deal based on how much this unit would rent for and comparable downtown sales. I’m suspicious that this might be intentionally under priced in attempt to drive traffic and generate a bidding war.

  • Enjoy many years of Hoover Building demo and site reconstruction.

  • I have some friends who live here. Very nice building but weird location. If they’re truly going to demolish the Hoover Building there’s the potential for something nice to replace it, but also the potential for just another crappy boondoggle.

  • I am saying underpriced. I assume a place like this goes for more like 600k, but I don’t have that much familiarity with downtown locations.

  • Good deal. I think it’s underpriced by about $40 – 50K. But, what might be at issue is that it’s small square footage wise (many of the one bedrooms in the area are this size), on a low floor in what appears to be a bad location (the balcony appears to be between buildings instead of on E St), high condo fee and no mention of availability of parking.

  • I would guess $500-540.

  • Is it a 1+Den or a 2 br? The latter would justify the high fee.

  • Really nice building in a great location. Definitely underpriced for a 1 br w/ den. Should be closer to $450k.
