840 sq foot? So $440/ft to live across the street from the projects? Um, no.
This also must be the most cramped 2BR/2 bath ever. At 840 sq ft, it would be better to just build a large, spacious 1BR. All the rooms in this place are the size of large jail cells.
great deal. and 840 sq feet for two bedrooms is probably way above average. I think new construction two bedrooms are around 700-750 sq feet.
Cheap! Not my favorite neighborhood though. Shaw locals, do you think you could get rent enough to cover that mortgage and condo fee if you ever wanted to move out?
Are you daft? The mortgage + fees will cost WAY less than $2k a month, you can easily rent this out for $2500+
