    I was wondering if people could come and talk about this. I am not the OP who asked this question originally but am curious about people’s expectation when they buy a home (condo, apartment) on/over a street that has a mix of apartments and businesses (restaurants/bars/shops) when the commercial district existed first and apartments were built as a result of the desirability of a location. I also am not sure or clear if this is also relevant to areas that are not commercially zoned when you buy but then later become re-zoned as commercial districts. Any all-knowing PoPers out there? Thanks
