Very sorry about that. We upgrading the whole site which should be finished in the next...
No, deff not a 2013
probably pre owned
Great idea, but the regulatory work would not be a walk in the park. And since this is...
looks the same to me, except the addition of the ugly pergola in the corner and the fact...
Is that a wrong photo for the building? It doesn’t look like a Victorian building to me.
What a lousy listing. No pics of the space. What is CB? Citizen’s Band doesn’t seem to apply. Does POP charge by the character?
I believe they mean Coldwell Banker.

Right you are! Thanks. I didn’t look very hard … kind of silly to use that much acronym speak … even in this town.
If I had to guess, I’d say CB is “Coldwell Banker.”
Pending the amount of space, I think this is a solid offering for a student (if it’s a decent size, this is sadly in-line with neighborhood prices), but what’s not mentioned in the listing–among other things–is that the building is directly across the street from a large G.U. dorm, so noise might be an issue.
yeah, would have been the perfect place for me 8 years ago… a fine location if you don’t mind all your neighbors for 4 blocks being a) college students or b) angry old money folks who apparently didn’t know when they bought their houses about the college over on 37th St that’s been there for 223 years…
Some of those old money neighbors look like they could easily be 223 years old…
If they had a lawn, they’d tell you to get off it.
Way too close to Georgetown U. I guess it would be alright if you don’t mind loud, drunken kids, or if you are one.
