Impressive space!
$200 an hour feels very high – are their other spaces in DC that are comparable? I may have a need for something like this once a month, but my profit would be almost completely eaten by the rent alone.
Hi Pet One, I share a studio space in Penn Quarter with two other people, we are looking into renting space by the hour for specific projects. What do you have in mind?
Looking to potentially do a carpet show/cocktail hour after the new year -
