Just checked those same dates on Orbitz and you can stay at a nice hotel around Dupont for about $100 – $120 per night. I’d take a hotel with maid service for $40 – $50 less a night and eat out.
Bull. What hotel? There are no “nice” hotels in DC proper for less that $200-300 a night.
The Washington Plaza hotel… $159 a night 4 stars. Owner should re-evaluate his foray into the Hotel business. Check Air BNB’s prices first!

That’s not true at all. Go to hotels.com and plug those dates in. For under $150 a night you can stay at several 3.5 – 4 star hotels, including Westin, Hyatt, Hilton, and Marriott. And if you only need the Thanksgiving weekend, you can do even better, like $110 a night for the Fairfax at Embassy Row.
Hotels are cheap here during holidays. No business travelers to fill the rooms means deals for tourists or visiting family.
Well, as I said, I checked those dates on Orbitz. So, no bull. Let’s recap: Dupont Circle Hotel, $109 per night. Beacon Hotel, $104 per night. The Hamilton Crown Plaza, $117 per night. The Westin Georgetown, $132 per night.
But thanks for weighing in.
It’s called AirBnb…Check the app out when you get a new phone that doesn’t take such godawful video.
That woman looks like she has something stuck up her butt she’s trying to wiggle out.
“Free Jungle Beat” can never be a bad thing. Maybe it comes with tiger butter? (re: Little Black Sambo)
Lol, I thought the exact same thing. Who writes that kind of stuff?
That time of year you could find a Kimpton for that price or less. Check the Helix.
I wouldn’t really call two blocks from Columbia Heights just steps from U St.
Damn…you’re lazy.
