Beautiful. On a 2010 visit to Paris I saw a silver one parked every day outside a restaurant near the Pont Louis Philippe. I kept going by there just to see it.

My brother had a ’69 Ghia back in high school – it was great except it wouldn’t go into reverse, so he and the passenger had to stick their feet out of the doors and push…ala Fred Flinstone…
Well, since we are waxing nostalgic here:
My first wife’s first college roommate was the daughter of the guy that designed the Karmann Ghia, or at least that was what the roomie claimed.
