Good news for Pho lovers in Glover Park. The folks at Sprig & Sprout have passed their final inspections and are now hiring and training staff. They are hoping to open the week after Thanksgiving. Initially they plan on opening the “fast and casual main floor” then two weeks later will open the upstairs bar and full service dining area. You can see their menu here.

Wow – looks really nice – a bit crowded with all those tables though. The front door is great.
Poo – yep used to be Margaritas. The owners are fighting to hold onto the long-dormant liqour liscence. The old JP’s is also apparently opening up across the street; 4.5 years after the fire that gutted it.
