Once again, multiple photos of one room yet none of the bedrooms and bedrooms…
I think it’s a technical issue with PoP’s real estate section. Agents are not uploading multiple copies of the same picture; instead, the system seems to display repeated copies of the same image. I’m seeing 5 different photos of the kitchen/dining room repeated three times each. PoP needs to fix the issue. I’m also on Firefox, so perhaps it’s browser-related.
All you have to do is click on the POP listing then click on the link to the realtor’s listing, it’s there almost every time, most with virtual tours:

these are hip neighborhood prices.
Probably priced about right. This is one of the most beautiful older apartment buildings in the city.
I think it’s about right. Always wish they were a little cheaper but this is a very pretty building and appears to be in a good location. Man I’d weigh 4930239lbs being that close to medium rare, though.
Wouldn’t touch a place for that price w/o a w/d.
No w/d is the biggest problem for all these older multi-unit buildings.
This place is mostly filled with the wealthy, 75+ crowd. That price is about right if that’s your desired tenant. Young people who can afford $3,100/month for 2BR don’t want to live in Cleveland Park.
Young people with money and kids want to live in Cleveland Park. I guess they’re usually not renting though.
That’s Manhattan pricing
