in any other industry, someone making 3% on a $1.3M sale would be detail oriented enough to make sure their tiny bit of ad copy is accurate and doesn’t have obvious errors like replacing “insulation” with “integration.”
I’m overcome with so much want that it’s causing actual pain.
Um, maybe I’m taking crazy pills, but I’ll be the first decenter.
I think it’s very blah and uninspired. Maybe it’s the poor taste and cheap fixture choices that are distracting me, but they don’t look like they should be in a 1.3M dollar home.
Hear, hear. And what is with the weird brick-edged garden? Disproportionately small compared to the rest of the home and yard.
1.4M and no garage?
I thought the same thing. For 1.4, I’m going west of the park. Sure, you’d probably get a smaller house and piece of land on the west side of the park, but what the hell would I do with 6 BRs? And those big terraced lawns are a PITA to maintain. The safe money and value retention has always been on the west side of RCP.
Decent renovation, but I live in the area & know it’s way too much for that busy street. Plus, the backyard is not as cool as you think. Those yards regularly flood from water that comes from Argyle Terrace, down through the backyards on Argyle, and then on down to the rear of the houses on Colorado.
However, you do get Adrian Fenty for a backyard neighbor, as well as tons of deer in your yard every morning!
