Looks ok, although I’m trying to puzzle out what “Quiet dog inside +” is supposed to mean. Someone else on the courtyard has a quiet dog? Quiet dogs are a plus? Huh.
This is like the one that said “laundry onsite street parking” — needs punctuation to clarify what goes with what!
