I lived in that building before. Maintenance is terrible and its not well insulated. Electric/hot water bills are very high
so overpriced
If I lived above Le Caprice I would be a very fat man.
I used to live at Allegro, AKA GW Retirement Home. It’s a nice place if you are willing to put up with the thin walls and thin floors. Very noisy place.
Our apartment had mice in it
I live across the street from allegro and my 3 br costs that much…I never really got all the hype of that place.
Incredibly high turnover of both residents and management. No one wants to stay, for good reasons. Also the unit is on the “cheaper” end of the Allegro 1 BRs because it faces the parking garage ramp (hence the frosted lower windows seen in the photo). While the features are great, if you want to live in College Dorms 2.0, then definitely move here.
Allegro top floor is pricey but awesome. Upgraded fixtures and a rooftop deck. Management is annoying though.
Worst management company ever, don’t do it.
