It was a heart stopper. That’s why the MLB postseason is the best postseason in American sports, hands down.
Haha. Hockey, and hockey overtime is miles better.
With that said, hockey play-offs are more exciting… However, still jacked up that my baseball team is killing it. Go Nats!
“Baseball….when watching the grass grow isn’t boring enough for you.” should be MLB’s new slogan.
Why are you commenting if you’re not interested? That being said, great win…hopefully we keep the pressure on them today. This is DC’s best shot at a title ppl.
I am interested. I just don’t think that the baseball play-offs are the best postseason in American sports… I would say hockey is number 1, and football is number 2, followed by baseball at 3.
Doesn’t mean I am not watching the games and rooting for the Nats.
I’m sorry you have such a short attention span. It’s pretty exciting for those of us who understand the game.
Hockey is the most exciting post season in Canadian sports.
Without a doubt, baseball is the most exciting in America. Toronto should feel lucky we let them keep their team.
I assume they commented because it was an amusing comment. There are plenty of other comments on this site that are more unnecessary. It made me chuckle, anyhow.
Enjoy the KHL playoffs this season, comrade.
Hockey is for Canadians. Hockey sucks.
And communists.
Go Nats! Duffy’s had a great atmosphere this afternoon/evening.
GO NATS!
Great start as in, it’s great to win game 1.
But Gio, Gio, Gio – 7 walks? Seven?!?!?! Giving up 2 runs without a hit? Settle down, buddy.
Hey, PoP! Were you in Bloomingdale yesterday? This is just one of many homes sporting some Natitude.
No room for pizza? We had a great (but chilly) festival.
Alright NATS! What an exciting game! Gio looked a little wild there for a bit, but then settled down….and Moore came through in a huge way.
It’s nice to see more and more people getting behind the Nats.
Pumped for Wednesday!
I agree! When I first moved here, I knew there was a home game because I would see tons of Braves t-shirts, or Phillies tshirts, or some other national league team. Now the Nats fans outnumber the visitors, it’s not so embarrassing.
