Nice place, very close to metro and HT, but I still wouldn’t pay $1400 to share it with someone. Rather get a nice studio or basement apt in a better location.

  I live a few blocks north and like the area but that seems overpriced for something that far east of proper Capitol Hill–even if it’s a short walk/bus/bikeride. Especially if parking is another $150/month. Still a bit rough in the surrounding neighborhood–but the again so is Logan Circle in spots. Still, this seems like a Dupont price.

This is a dupont price. It is bigger than Dupont 2 BRs, but a bit high. I think it should be $2500.
