That’s the less-sketchy side of the convention center for sure. Not a bad deal depending on the size of the 2nd den and overall closet space. A 1500/1300 split wouldn’t be unreasonable, again depending on the floorspace.
Agreed, but the other side of the convention center isn’t that bad either. I feel that Historic Mt Vernon Square (between 7th and New York and 3rd and N has more charm and better amenities if you can handle some pretty tame grit.
Seems like a pretty decent deal…
More money for a place that looks worse in most ways than yesterday’s rental option. Neither are terrible deals, but yesterday’s was better.
The view of one of the prettiest stretches of rowhouses is nice.
