That seems really cheap, considering the square footage, amenities, and location. And DC...

This may be a good opportunity for all that disgustingly polluted water between the seafood boats at the wharf to get washed out though. Yeesh!

@Jack5: the Washington Channel is flushed daily by tidal water exiting the Tidal Basin. That’s actually why it was built.
Look between the boats… That stuffs been there for years!
