I'm so excited, I just blue myself!
I need a new job now. I am so sick from stress. I can't stop puking. I can't sleep.
They have some local micro distilleries that I have heard good things about.
Use the...
But this is just like South Beach. Just without the beach, Art Deco, and hot women in...
Are crabs "dive bar food?"
Will they have a Royale with Cheese on the menu?
LOL to the Royale with Cheese!!
Just this very morning, I was thinking about this space as I passed it on the bus – thanks for the update!
(But you probably shouldn’t read my mind too much – sometimes it’s not too pretty.)
Ooh, maybe it will be tapas!
European style?
What, like you have to pay to use the bathroom and no free refills?
I’m assuming it will be constantly bankrupt, but supported by the German embassy.
No ice in the drinks.
And ketchup costs fifty cents per packet.
And no ice
You don’t have to tip your server!!!
One word: bidets.
Should make for some exciting interactions on R Street! “I’ll have have the Bratwurst and a bottle of Blaufrankisch with a side of screaming Baybayz mama and to finish it off a vintage .357 Magnum drive by”
I’ve always thought we need more restaurants named after diseases…
Is that the old Verizon building?
Where does Logan Circle end?
Heard a long-time resident on the bus remark that at least “the C&P building” wasn’t going to change. Another resident quickly pointed out that it had gone condo and has since been the Verizon building. Change underway faster than most can take in.
The condos (and restaurant) are only going in the left portion of the old C&P building. The right side is remaining a phone company facility (unfortunately, since it’s a dead zone).
I wonder if they’ll be able to extend their sidewalk seating in front of the phone-company part of the building.
This is the same guy who just opened Drafting Table. Shouldn’the be focusing on that? PS- a realtor friend of mine said the condos are sold out already if you can believe that..
