INSN – Georgia Ave Halloween Bar Crawl and Cerveza Nacional Release Party Wed.
From an email:
Chocolate City Beer will be releasing (first time since spring) our Cerveza Nacional Dark Vienna Lager in Petworth on Halloween night. DC Reynolds, Blue Banana and The Looking Glass Lounge will be offering $4 pints of CCB- both Cornerstone Copper Ale and Cerveza Nacional all night long. We are hoping for people to celebrate in costumes while enjoying our roasted malt, creamy lager in a great little stretch of bars in Petworth.

I was being cheeky, but thanks for checking. Sometimes PoPpers like to get technical so I was having fun with that. I thought these rain-soaked, wind-filled days needed a little levity.
does two bars make a bar crawl? Yet they’re both like McFadden’s so i guess it’s ok.
A. Three bars, not two.
B. Petworth is much more recognizable and widely known than Park View. This area, despite its tax sub division, is most certainly not Columbia Heights, hence the Petworth designation
Which bars are like Mcfaddens?
Look forward to stoPping by DC Reynolds and Looking Glass, but will be skipping Blue Banana since their bar staff is unfriendly and I just don’t like their sign on the exterior.
I highly endorse this bar crawl for folks who would like to get to know ‘what’s there in Petworth?’ Might also hit Domku or Chez Billy on the way there/back.
