Wow. $520k for an incredibly bland apartment with an outdated and ugly kitchen? I guess location is everything.

  • I heard a while back from an agent that this place was underwater or had some kind of financial problems – anyone live there?

Agree it’s a little bland and some of the finishes don’t look very high end, but it’s a good amount of space. Most townhouses on the Hill are about 1,400 square feet and no one would complain about an updated townhouse going for $519,000. Granted it would probably have a backyard, but still — seems like a good deal to me.

Windows in the kitchen? I’ll take it.

    I can only hope it goes for that. I’ve got a 2BR 1 BA a block and 1/2 away……

More than half a million for wall-to-wall carpet in every room? Meh.

I owned an identical unit at the CB for several years. These are good units for what they are. I wouldn’t listen to an agency’s uninformed opinion on finances. Ask to see the balance sheet, income statement, and budget. That will tell you what you need to know.
