This is not historically accurate. Cooke was a governor of the District of Columbia; Washington’s first mayor was Robert Brent, appointed by Thomas Jefferson; and Walter Washington was the first mayor under home rule in 1975.
The only thing wrong is that my furniture will never be in it.
