never mind. I'm retarded. The condo fee is $225/month. This isn't a bad deal.
could it possibly be to deter car theft? i live right around here and my car has been...
86% less ruts and potholes! I may have to practice remembering to use it again... 5 years...
They should re-route the 63 bus to go up and down Georgia -- it takes forever in rush...
it comes with parking, which is worth at least $35K. $415K/750 sf --> $550 per sf....
Seems expensive for way over there. Anyone familiar with this neighborhood at all?
Actually, I think this is a pretty good deal. I live in the neighborhood, closer to South Dakota, and homes are popping up for between $450-$500k. My house is similar and was just appraised for $410 without any new updates or renovations (previous owner renovated in 1968). My neighbor is selling for $499k and only updated the kitchen. If you don’t mind a 15-20 minute walk to the metro or mind driving, it’s a great quiet neighborhood!
The price is definitely right… I’d say this is a good deal.
If you look at some comps, it’s just about right. Nice neighborhood.
it’s a little high. the right price for this house is closer to $425K. Houses in this area that are $450K and higher are staying on the market quite a while.
I think its really unattractive on the inside.
