Get rid of this stupid reservation system. Why should a customer have to wait in line...
everyone is part of a democracy. not just vets. honor all of your fellow citizens.
actually you're thinking of Veterans Day. Memorial Day is to remember those that died....
Someone PLEASE open a good sushi restaurant that is reasonably priced in Petworth! Sala Thai doesn’t count.
Thank you! You turned my rant into a revel!
Wife and I had sit down lunch there yesterday. Incredibly nice staff and the food was very good. It wasn’t out of this world amazing but is a great addition to the neighborhood and the staff is very interested in feedback.
That’s good to hear. I’m happy to have this place in the neighborhood. Now all we need is a good Mexican place!
truth!
Does the tapas place opening up next to Rustik count?
I was thinking more of a fast casual place like Pica Taco or something similar. But I’m excited for the Spanish tapas next to Rustik too. The more options the better!
i don’t see how it would.
it serves a purpose… you’re nit picking
McLobster roll?
We had dinner there on Sunday night. It was very tasty! The staff is really friendly and were extremely interested in our feedback and to know that they were welcome there (we assured them they were). I had pad see ew and could not find fault with it. My roommate had pad thai (said it was good) and avocado sushi rolls and said they were tasty too!
Yay for restaurants in Bloomingdale!
Does anyone else find these sushi prices to be on the high side?
What’s the best area Chinese food for Bloomingdale folk?
well if you are looking for that typical DC Chinese where the vegetables are heavily soaked in oil and MSG then you cant go wrong with places like Full Yum or Chinese Dragon……the pizza at Full Yum was surprisingly not awful.
Oh good, they’re located in “Washinhton, DC”… what’s up with these menu typo’s? No attention to detail.
…or at least THAT detail.
Aroi is a surprisingly great addition to the neighborhood. The thai was excellent, and the sushi was quite good too. I’m so excited to have another option for dinner nearby. Welcome!
i went last night. they’re clearly still working things out. decor, bar, service, all just beginning and need work. i had 3 veggie dishes and they were great.
happy to have first street filling out so well.
We need INDIAN!
