Your Afternoon Animal Fix

If you have any fun or interesting animal/pet photos please shoot me an email to princeofpetworth(at)gmail(dot)com with ‘Animal Fix’ in the title and say the name of your pet and your neighborhood. If you’ve already entered your pet and would like to do so again – that’s no problem – just space the entries out a bit.

“Tagg” (French Bulldog) from U Street Chilling at Meridian Hill

“Rufus from Trinidad relaxing(yet alert) in his dark corner – couches are for suckers!”

“Maximilian Cartwright hamming it up at our going away party! (were moving to Thailand after 4 years in dc). We’re currently residents of Trinidad/ H street.”

  • Good luck with the move! Are you bringing Maximilian with you?

I just read HardyGirl’s blog, too cute! I wish I could adopt her but I’m moving soon and I’m not sure if my new place will be pet friendly. I’m sure she’ll find a home soon. Thank you for fostering her!

  • Very cute animals in today’s Fix! I think Maximilian is perhaps the cutest of all.

  • I love the pics on HardyGirl’s blog, but alas I already have 2 cats. Max is a cutie, is he going to Thailand too?

HardyGirl sure is pretty (as are the rest). I think Tagg wins for best background.

  • Caption for the first one: “heh hehehehe dudes are totally gettin’ it on with other random dudes up there in the human restroom up there on the left, heh”

  • Rufus, you look so much like my Zeke (RIP) that I could cry. I hope he is as loyal, loving, and caring. Thank you.

  • Good luck with the move to Thailand! We moved to Thailand with our cat 4 years ago, and came back to DC with him 2 years ago. He weathered the move just fine. The Thonglor Animal Hospital in Bangkok is nice if you need a vet!

  • Thanks for all the nice comments about HardyGirl. She really is a doll in both looks and personality. Please don’t hesitate to forward this to anyone who is looking for a great cat.

Also, I’ll keep updating the blog for as long as I have her so please stop by regularly. I really want to get her a wonderful home.

  • Sadly, we couldn’t bring Max with us. He and his big sister Nico Marigold are still in DC, being spoiled by my sister. Cheers everyone ! Thanks for your sweet messages.. xxMorgan
