So awful, praying that see and the baby are as okay as you can be after being shot
Great living room space but who pays $4000 *per month* for an apartment with a “cheap renovation in the 80s” style-kitchen.
I was thinking the same thing. That kitchen is awful.
The kitchen is not great (though it is very large) but I don’t suspect the owner will have trouble finding a renter. Fancy countertops and stainless appliances are a plus for any rental unit, but are most desirable when other aspects of the property are lacking. In this case, the unit is in a great building (historic property, roof deck, 24 hour front desk, etc) in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city. The space is large and is otherwise great for entertaining.
The location is also good for attracting a lot of diplomatic types due to its proximity to a lot of embassies, who don’t have such tight budgets.
