military road is too noisy
too expensive considering distance from metro. but it is charming.
i lived up this way when i first moved to DC. this was over a decade ago, but what i found was that, while very safe, this neighborhood was very stuffy and boring. if you are a renter here, you will feel like an outsider. not a lot of young people either. and if they are young, they don’t act young.
again, it’s safe. and the park up that way is wonderful. those are the two things in the PROS list.
3 bedrooms and one bath? Not an ideal situation for roommates…
Might be a PoP typo. Hit up the link and it says 2 bath.
