^yes. The only danger at this location is being run over by a motorist from Maryland.
Faison's writeups make me crazy. And not in a good "I'm crazy for buying this house!" way.
The Dancing Crab's commercials have to be the worst I've ever seen. The owners saying,...
God you people are boring. Why not more chatter about their footwears?
Cheesy and cheap. Something you'd expect the Montgomery, Al. Convention's Bureau to run...
It’s sooo spacious, we couldn’t even photograph its spaciousness! Sorry, my friend; no pics = no dice. And 400 sq feet is by no means spacious.
Sounds shady. $1,500 including utilities, in that neighborhood, no pictures? Either it’s covered in frat boy vomit or it’s a fake.
It’s hard to judge without pictures of the unit, but $1500 for an efficiency in that area seems like a good deal on the surface.
A few years ago that would have been expensive, but par for the course in Foggy Bottom. Now, that price seems about right for the rest of the city, and surprising for how low it is for Foggy.
Damn the explosion in rent prices.
Beautiful high resolution photo of the exterior!
A friend of mine lived in a one-bedroom unit in that building a number of years ago, and it was, indeed, spacious. Not that that means anything about this unit, but the ceilings were high and rooms were good-sized.
Yes, but how is a 400 sq ft studio ever spacious. Has to be the best setup ever.
