I’m pretty sure this house was built by Positive Space — the same contractor we used for our gut renovation in Petworth. In fact, I think it’s the owner’s house. Highly recommend them, btw!

This house was on the Brookland house tour a few years ago – the space inside is HUGE!!! interesting layout – I really liked it.
Crowley Hall and Positive Space are some of the best small business around.
