Noooo way. Entire row houses in the area (albeit not nicely remodeled ones) sell for less.
Seeing a lot of fugly backsplash mis-matched with granite – yuck!
Mortgage+Condo fee on this place would be in the $1300 range. I would say good deal for a young couple.
Also, per Redfin, the price was just raised to $269,850.
Bedroom #2 obviously isn’t much of a bedroom–more like a den. The whole thing is 800 sf which is a little small for a real 2br.
It looks about the same size as my bedroom.
I wish I had a dime for every time I see that hideous SHHHHH picture in a staging photo.
