wonder if robbing someone with a taser carries a lower penalty than robbing someone of...
Not at all. Why don't you try Boundary Road before making an unfounded claim.
Someone was mugged at 34th and Dent last night. Wonder if this is related?
To further my point, would we have red lights at most intersections if cars were as light...
$625 a foot?!?!? Um, no.
And that’s for a kitchenette. WTF.
I have one of those tiny washing machine/dryer combo things in a temporary apartment I live in and it’s a pain to do laundry. Also the lint screen is hidden in the back of the dryer, I pulled it out and there was a small wookie in it, could have caused a fire. P.S. This place is overpriced.
900 square feet divided into two bedrooms and two bathrooms? Love the neighborhood, but that’s just crazy-small.
I thought it looked nice. Walk score is 99!? Location, Location, Location!
I actually think it’s a fair market price. Despite the size, not sure you could really find a 2BR/2BA in that area for less (and certainly can for much more). Plus, low condo fees have to be in the discussion – many buyers looking at that place may also be looking at condos with fees of $700+ per month.
+1 on the condo fee comments
Nicely stage but I can’t help but think the obvious lack of storage could be a problem. Instead of a 2BR/2BA with crappy storage they would have been better with a 2BR/1BA with better storage. I know people hate sharing a bathroom if they have guests or a roommate but guests aren’t there long and a roommate may want a bit more storage.
As for the price not bad maybe a bit high, considering the location.
Good point. The BRs and baths actually look reasonably sized, but I don’t see a lot of closet space or space for a dining area.
I have a condo that’s also ~900 sf but 2BA/1BA. While there are definitely times when I wish I had the extra bathroom, I’m ok with giving that up for 2 decent size BRs, ample closet space, separate dining area and a larger kitchen.
I don’t think the price is that out of line though. It’s in a great location, with a reasonable condo fee, natural light, not a basement, and looks fairly recently updated.
It’s a bad sign when there’s only one photo of the apartment interior.
wait-wait, I didn’t see the ‘more photos’ link. Oops.
Nonetheless, the photos of the bikeshare and unrelated houses is a waste of time.
I rent in this building (share a 2BD/2BA). Our apartment is about 100 sq ft bigger than this one but seems to have the same layout. For closet space, the one bedroom shown should have a walk-in closet. The other bedroom has a wide but shallow closet (two sliding doors). There’s a closet when you first walk in, there’s a closet opposite the living area and there’s a closet in the hallway between the W/D and 2nd bathroom. This is assuming the layouts are very similar. The building does allow pets. Never any issues in the last year and a half.
