..or bike. or bus. or drive. or cab. or walk. or stay in the neighborhood.
people...
I guess they'll have to just walk the half mile to the NOMA Metro or take the H St...
do all texans think the same?
i'm not sure why i get why that is relevant.
Frankly, as a Texan, I have never had worse enchiladas than I had at Mi Cocina. I don't...
Love it. And it seems like a decent deal: $1500 per roommate to live close-ish to Chinatown. And lots of amenities.
Wow, you consider $1500 to live with a roommate a good deal?!
Uh, yeah.
Especially a large modern upper-level unit in a relatively new Class A Building.
I pay more than that now, so yeah….I guess I do.
Not too familiar with DC rental prices are you?
Ha, actually I’m all too familiar as I was apartment hunting only a couple of months ago.
I’ll never call $1,500 to live with a roommate a “good” deal, but this is fair. A roommate pair that are well employed could swing this pretty easily, but it really just matters on why you have a roomie. If you’re bunking primarily to save money, then you can do that better elsewhere. But if you are rooming together for camaraderie/friendship or similar arrangements, then it can be a great deal. It also seem like a good deal for a couple that wants a nice new spot that allows some room to spread out.
