It’s not that hard. We had a neighbor watch someone climb over our fence and break into our house last week and not call. The thief got about 5k in stuff. The idiot neighbor told the cop she saw the guy, but it didn’t occur to her to call 911. So stupid. If you see something you think the police would want to know about CALL 911!
