Whoa. This place is amazing. 8 car parking? Split 5 or 6 ways the rent on this house seems more than reasonable to me. Nicest group house ever?
Do you think the owners would be willing to rent it out as a group house though? If it were my house I wouldn’t.
If I owned the house I’d want to rent it to a rich old woman who was bed-ridden. That being said, I’m not sure housing laws would allow that kind of selectivity.
I would certainly try to avoid renting to any group of younger people. Again, however, that’s also probably a violation of some kind of fair housing law.
I’m pretty sure it’s legal to put a cap on the number of tenants in your rental.
Next thing you know people are going to be saying a ban on pets is in violation of fair housing laws.
