I rented a one bed (loft) up there 3 years ago for $1,650 – this seems like a deal, especially if you have 3 people living there. If you’re looking for a quieter spot, this would be perfect.
Or you can buy the equivalent apartment for $475,000 plus $560 condo fee. That should turn out to be less than $3,000 per month if you have the 20% down.
