Section 8 renters can get $2600 a month! I’m doing it wrong. . .
If there are three real, livable bedrooms, this is the best deal in town. However, many of these houses have a master bedroom, a small but livable second, and the third is the size of a postage stamp!
Why do this when for twice as much money you could rent a tiny 2 br in Logan?
Minutes to metro is a bit of a stretch at 1 mile. That would be closer to 15-20 minutes then time to get to the station platform. So realistically door-to-door you’re looking at 20-25 minutes just to get there then plus anytime on the train to get where you are going.

With that said, I hope they get the $2600! That means when I want to move to a nice pad in a few years, I will be able to rent my current place out and cover my 15-year mortgage with no problem.
