Clarification: If there is a difference then non-rowhouses shouldn't be able to be marketed as such. It seems like a catch-word that people are clinging to when in fact it might not be an 'official' rowhouse. Again, I have no idea if this matters. Thanks!

Looks good. Price is right for the neighborhood. Basement looks great.

Does anyone know if there if something specific which makes a home a rowhouse? I was under the impression that traditional (or 'official'?) rowhouses are those like the ones we see in Mt. Pleasant, LeDroit Park, etc. Are homes like this one considered rowhouses or something else? It seems there are more historical implications when you advertise a home as a 'rowhouse'. If there is a difference then I wouldn't be surprised if homes are advertised as 'rowhomes' since it's a catch-word and desired by many.

I don't know if it matters but I'm curious. Thanks in advance!

I can't remember what the system is called, but it is there. It's not the traditional ductwork, it's smaller flexible tube-like ducts that cane go between floors so you don't have to have as much duct work. The vents end up being holes about the size of a 20z soda bottle. To close the vent, you put a cap over it. I had this in my last apartment.

You can see them in the ceilings in the living room and the dining room. I saw two in the back of the living room, at least one in the front of the dining room (probably two, just one because of the camera angle), and two in the front of the kitchen. I don't know if that's sufficient for the living room, but it does have central air.

It says that it has central A/C, but other than the return on the top floor, I can't see any evidence of it. There doesn't seem to be any ductwork or vents. Peculiar.
