It may be too early for this one, but last summer I grilled peaches (with brown sugar and...
I swear that every summer, outdoor movie line-up features the same films. I realize that...
It looks like the bedroom is only accessible through the bathroom. Weird.
Ha! Ha! Do you mean Two Amy's Nursery School - where the parents let their kids run...
Yes, the trash can get annoying. The worst part about it is that it's not only the kids...
For $1.1 million in renos, they forget to level the front awning.
I think that’s just the shading. Looks level in street view.
wow — looks great to me, surprised it is not over 2 million
I saw this house and thought wow, my dream house, except for the needing $1.8 million part. Here you’re definitely paying a premium for the location. I also really appreciate that the house has been restored – not a flip or a gut job.
And then while I was looking through the listing I noticed it’s owned by my former real estate agent from when I bought my first apartment (a co-op in Adams Morgan). He’s certainly done well!!
Ahhhh to be in the 1%. I would like this one quite a bit. Not to mention, it is on a cul-de-sac? I didn’t know those even existed in DC???
Super cool that this place is so close to Connecticut/Cleveland Park. I like this one.
Love it! For what stuff in DC sells for it’s worth $1.8
Just down the street from the Treagon conservatory !
I saw this on redfin last night before bed.
Then, I dreamt I won powerball and the first thing I did was purchase this house.
Another detached home way out of my price range. Sometimes I wonder where all these rich people come from.
Really?
Yes.
Gorgeous! This is the way to do a reno without scrapping the original charm and details. Now where did I put that $1.8M I had lying around…?
The walk score is 91, not 98. Just plugged the address into the website.
We just. might. buy it. (Going anonymous for this one.) Big premium for not being a little further north though.
Anybody have a view on how Eaton Elementary is? The reputation seems a step behind some of the other NW elementary schools – I’d very much like to keep the spawn in public schools if they’re a good option (ok, public school west of the park isn’t “keeping it real,” but at least it’s realer than Sidwell).
