Alright – what’s the catch? I pay more than that for a 3/2.5 5 blocks east.
A fabulous deal unless there’s something we’re missing. An absolute steal for three friends. Hard to beat $830 per person.
One of the “bedrooms” is probably the size of a closet.
Looks like pictures of all three bedrooms are included. They’re not huge, but they’re definitely not closets. If there’s a catch, that’s not it.
the catch is that one of the bedrooms is the size of a closet. I have a friend in an exact same unit a few blocks away. Same interior and everything. And she uses it as a 2 bedroom and that tiny room they use for storage.
Of the 3 bedroom pics, 2 of them are of the same room. So they are only showing 2 bedrooms. Very sneaky.

Seems like a good deal to me.
It’s not close to the metro though, but whatever, we can know that by looking at a map. I think the location is great.
