this is great! welcome back!
Hope you get her back soon
Unfortunately, many of the older residents would prefer empty storefronts over anything...
I had a Yorkie and it pains me to recall thoughts of when my see you next Tuesday gf left...
I hope your prayers are answered.
Erm, I actually think this sounds like a good deal, given the location. It doesn’t look bad, not top-of-the-line either. Anyway, what am I missing? I assume it’s a ground-level unit because the picture of access to the private patio you just step outside (no stairs involved).
Heh, one block away there’s a place you can buy for $2200 a month. Folks on popville said it was a terrible deal. Proof that people aren’t doing the math on what today’s mortgage rates mean.
Mind linking the exact thread you’re talking about but I doubt that I commented on that one as to being a good deal or not. So not sure why your reply was specific to me. I take every one as a case-by-case basis. One block can sometimes make a difference. Also, are they actually comparable, detail for detail?
Not sure what kind of cat can afford $2,800 a month.
Nicely done!
One that has a very wealthy and eccentric owner, who dies, and leaves all of stuff to cat. That is then one fat cat.
This listing is blatant discrimination against dogs. However, it does seem like a good deal especially with a garage parking spot.
Cool cats.
Nice part is that it is actually in the old part of the complex, not the 70s additions.
if it hadn’t been for the 70s renovations, the building wouldn’t be standing at all
Wow, my first roommate and I looked at an apartment in that building in 1989, for about $1,000/month. It had 2 bed and 2 baths, and was on the top floor, but this seems like a pretty good prince considering the 23 years that have passed.
GDoN? Not
