Good deal, great location. Wonder how it compares price wise to the 1 bedrooms in the modern buildings on the 13th Street corridor?
It’s an OK deal in an OK location. Basement, nowhere near Metro, $1800. It sounds comparable to the going rates, but gah — can we pause to agree that $1800 for a one-bedroom apartment in a basement is getting a little nuts, regardless of comparable units nearby?? Basement!
What do you mean by nowhere near to a metro? How about U street on 13th and you? Seems pretty close to me.
